Common Issues

Messages are not sent at the scheduled time

This issue can occur for the following reasons:

  • Unstable internet connection
  • App closed in the background
  • Device battery optimization activated

Solution: Enable 'Allow Background Running' in the app settings and add HelloMessage to the battery optimization exception list.

Cannot send messages through specific platforms

Each messaging platform connects through its own API. Please check the following:

  • Check if the platform app is updated to the latest version
  • Verify that HelloMessage has permission to access the platform
  • Make sure the platform account is properly logged in

App crashes frequently

To solve app crash issues:

  • Update HelloMessage app to the latest version
  • Restart your device
  • Clear app data and cache
  • If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app
